Interior

Ravneet’s job is to be a featured varsity presence—rebound everything, finish strong around the rim, and consistently give us points and extra possessions. She helps the team by talking on defense, trusting what she sees, asking smart questions, and being a calm yet aggressive voice who sees the floor and makes the right plays.

  • Strengths – what you already do well and can rely on in games.

    1. Second-year player and first-year varsity who’s ready to be featured heavily in our offense.
    2. Strong rebounder who can grab boards in traffic and create extra possessions.
    3. Has the ability to finish around the rim, especially when she goes up strong and balanced.
    4. Sees more of the floor than most teammates and often recognizes openings and mismatches.
  • Growth Areas – specific skills, decisions, or habits she needs to improve.

    1. Keep sharpening her finishing package—both hands, different angles, and through contact.
    2. Needs to bring consistent defensive intensity and focus on every possession.
    3. Work on trusting what she sees on the floor and making quicker decisions with the ball.
    4. Continue learning the game—spacing, timing, and reads—to raise her overall basketball IQ.
  • Leadership – how she communicates, leads teammates, and the team’s energy.

    1. Her voice on defense and offense is much needed—calling out actions, help, and what she sees developing.
    2. Can be a calm yet aggressive presence that settles the team while still attacking and competing.
    3. By asking questions and seeking clarity, she models what it looks like to be serious about improving.
    4. As a featured offensive player, she can lead by playing unselfishly—scoring, rebounding, and making the right play for the team.
